The Starter package ($899) includes a 1–3 page mobile-responsive site, SSL certificate, basic on-page SEO, social media links, and 2 revision rounds — delivered in 5–7 days. Perfect for Kalamazoo businesses getting online for the first time.

The AI Chat Assistant is included in Business, Growth, and Enterprise builds. AI credit usage is billed separately each month based on actual usage — most small businesses average $10–$30/month in AI credits.

How much is Google Business Profile management?

Our Google Business Profile Management is $199/mo and includes profile optimization, 4 Google Posts and 4 photo uploads each month, review monitoring and response, Q&A management, competitor monitoring, and a monthly insights report. A one-time $149 setup fee applies for new clients.

Do you manage social media too?

Yes. We offer Starter ($299), Growth ($499), and Pro ($899) social media plans that pair with any care plan. Includes branded graphics, captions, scheduling, performance reporting, and ad management depending on tier.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can switch plans at any time. We'll adjust your next billing cycle accordingly. No lock-in contracts.
